Deep Drawing And Punching Process
（1）Equipment: 52 sets 100T-1000T and other oil press machines, 9 sets 63T-300T punching press machines;
（2）Material: cold rolled deep drawing steel DC03、DC04、DC05、DC06、galvanaized plate、SPHD、hot rolled steel;
（3）Tooling design: our company has mold room, realized mold desing and manufacting independently; the surface treatment of die with TD and CVD ;
（4）Processing: progressive secondary deep drawing; magnetic splitting feeding process;
